If you haven’t noticed a theme yet with my most recent posts, I’m about to make it REAL obvious.
Morning rituals are AMAZING and I’m obsessed with them, so much so that I want to get y’all on board too. I’m all about doing what it takes to tackle a busy day early on in the day.
I created a 3 step process for my morning ritual that allows me to take on the day in a way I never had before. Before going into the process, here’s why I love it so much.
My morning ritual accomplishes the following:
+ It allows me to take some deep breaths before I start my day
+ I feel grounded
+ I don’t feel rushed
+ I know exactly what I need to accomplish to tackle a busy day
+ I know that what I do during the day is aligned with my big picture goals
+ I am making sure I give attention to my mind, body, and soul which helps me feel better
A few weeks ago I wrote a post on how to create a morning ritual where I outline different examples of what you can do in this 3 step process. This post is a really great place to start when you’re creating a ritual on your own for the first time.
The 3 step process includes breath, movement, and planning. What’s really amazing about this is that you can do all of these things, no matter how much time you have. You can get it done in 10 minutes or 2 hours. It just depends on what’s right for you.
I know the tricky part though can be when it comes to figuring out the timing of it and making sure that it works for you.
That’s why I’m SO excited to be doing a LIVE challenge with y’all to create your morning ritual with accountability and help from me so that you can customize and make it your own!
The challenge is going to start on June 26th, but if you’re catching this after the fact, I’m going to be creating a non-live version so that you can still get all the goodies.
