Raise your hand if you feel like you’re never not working. Like, even when it’s the weekend or your on a trip.

I know I’m guilty of this. The second I sit on the couch for a break to watch Food Network Star, if my laptop is close enough, I’ll thinking of 10 things that I should do.

Part of the reason we build freedom based businesses is for the freedom. But, how often do you realized you’re actually tied down to your laptop?

I realized it was time for a true vacay and headed to Cabo last week. To really make this a true vacation, I left my laptop at home – for like the first time since high school, and even put my phone on airplane mode.

I was a little nervous about this to say the least, but I knew I had my systems in place to keep everything going and growing.

My email list continued to grow, I continued to gain followers on Instagram, and I got to live out one of my greatest desires which is traveling.

When was the last time that you really took a break to recharge?
