Two of my favorite spring trends this year include neutrals and military green which is why I have been so excited to wear this outfit. If you follow me on Instagram you’ll know that I am absolutely obsessed with my new LC Lauren Conrad heels. They are a perfect shade of blush that go with everything. Seriously, I have worn these with skirts and jeans alike and you can definitely count on seeing more of them. See? Bloggers outfit repeat too! I’ve also had a lot of fun incorporating military green into my spring wardrobe since I typically save it for fall. It has actually been easier to wear this color with other spring shades than I thought it would be because neutrals like blush and gray are so popular this season.
Joie silk blouses are a major weakness for me. Every season, Joie continues to update their tried and true bodies in new prints and colors and they do an amazing job at it. You know that they have mastered the silk blouse when they can get someone excited over a simple blouse that she already owns in four other colors. Aside from the long sleeve silk blouse, my other favorite Joie top style is the Rancher top. It is a year-round classic that definitely deserves a spot in your closet. If you’re shopping for your first Joie top, I recommend the Rancher in Dark Navy.
Style Tips: Military Green
If you have been struggling to figure out how to wear military green this spring because you typically wear it during the fall follow these two tips:
Light Fabrics: Keep the fabric light. Go for silks, sheer, or linen to maintain the spring-like vibe.
Spring Shades: Neutrals are the key. Stick to white, blush, and light grey.
