The Details x Comfort with Style

A few weeks ago the temperature dropped down into the 40s in LA, which meant I finally got to wear my new Chanel boots! I found these boots in the final round of Last Call at Neiman Marcus over the summer. Sidenote – Last Call is going on now at Neiman’s and there are some amazing deals! I also fell in love with some Chanel sneakers, but finally decided against them and I’ve never regretted something a shopping decision more. While I can’t stand freezing cold weather, I do like it when it’s just cold enough to wear cozy winter clothes like this Baldwin sweatshirt and Rails top. Both of these make it so easy to combine comfort with style. What could be better?

As I was writing this I realized that each item in this post follows my comfort with style theory. Here’s how:

Chanel Boots: the inside is lined with real fur. And it’s Chanel.
Rails Top: Rails is known for having the softest shirts. I think it’s a staple that everyone needs. The Hunter fit is my favorite.
Baldwin Sweatshirt: Sweatshirts that can be worn with leggings and skirts alike are a dream come true. Shop the Los Angeles one here.
Cusp by Neiman Marcus Leggings: The ponte back of the leggings definitely adds comfort to a leather pant.
Prada Wallet: A crossbody wallet means that I don’t have to worry about setting it down somewhere and forgetting it, plus it’s big enough that it fits my phone.

    • Thanks Danielle! You’re right – there’s so much you can do with winter clothes. I’m a little jealous of anyone who gets to go coat shopping.
